The temporary block of signature-based debit card transactions has been lifted. International ATM and debit card transactions, including Mexico and Canada, remain blocked for your protection.
TNB Fraud Center
The security of your account is our top priority here at Thomasville National Bank. The TNB Fraud Center uses industry-leading technology to help protect against ATM/Debit Card fraud. If an ATM transaction or debit card purchase looks suspicious (based upon your previous usage), you will be contacted by the TNB Fraud Center to verify that it is a valid transaction that you authorized. If your ATM/Debit Card number has been compromised we can block further transactions.
It is possible that we do not have a current phone number on file for you. If we identify a suspicious transaction and we are unable to reach you, your ATM or debit card might be temporarily blocked to protect your account. To prevent any inconvenience and help us protect you, please call customer service at 229-226-3300 (Main Office) or 229-226-6888 (Remington Branch) and provide your current contact information.
If we are not able to reach you, we will leave a message to call back on our 24/7 toll-free Fraud Center number. A Fraud Center representative can confirm transactions and "hot card" your card if you have not authorized the transaction.
